Great apartment with large rooms, nice resort-like pool and surrounds, great area to walk along the river foreshore (including the Mackay mangrove boardwalk), good parking, ultra friendly and helpful staff

I have stayed at many places across Queensland for work and this is to be one of the best! The room was huge, full kitchen, en-suite and walk in robe. Beautiful building with a nice view over the river. If I ever come back to Mackay, I will definitely be staying here again

Lanai has everything you need and is located perfectly to get to everything on foot if you want to. Large spotlessly clean modern units with a view over the river. The staff are wonderful and the wifi was great. We'll be back.

Trish has gone above and beyond to help a wedding parties needs by approving a late check out of 2pm. The wedding party are forever thankful as it has saved them well over $300 and will give them a more relaxing experience on the day of the wedding

The apartments vary in terms of the degree of renovation and furniture. The bathrooms are renovated. Bed comfort as mentioned would depend on the apartment itself and those are privately owned but leased by the fabulous Karen and her great staff who take great pride in their work. One of the best places to stay in Mackay.
